A fascinating book. Michael Leehan recounts the story of how he became a devoted satanist and the horror of his life until he surrendered his life to Jesus and was rescued. If even some of the things in this book are true, Mr. Leehan has quite the tale to tell and is a powerful piece of evidence in favour of believing in a spiritual world we don't often see.
As appalling as many of the details of Mr. Leehan's former life are, I think they are useful and important information for Christians in general and certainly for Christian parents seeking to guard their children from evil influences. I was stunned as I read how ordinary Mr. Leehan's life might appear to the casual observer. He went to school, worked and played with his children, traveled for business on some of the same roads I have traveled, no doubt. God has not given us a spirit of fear and for this I'm glad; otherwise, it would be easy to live in a state of constant suspicion, eyeing the people around us and wondering if they intend to do us harm after reading a book like this. I would recommend that people read this book prayerfully, with an eye to being discerning and open to helping those who were trapped in this hopeless way of life as Mr. Leehan was.
I received a free copy of this book from the booksneeze.com blogger review program in exchange for my honest review. I'm disclosing this in compliance with the law.
